Shipping Policies

1. Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Custom Orders
Contact us by email or through the website to place a custom order. Custom and personalized orders may take longer to process. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for these orders.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.
International Shipping: Not available at this time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Shipping Insurance
All orders are insured during transit for protection against loss or damage. If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
pearldawn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

8. Delays and Issues
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, natural disasters, or postal strikes.
  • If there are significant delays in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. We reply in typically 1-3 days.
